  • The one-time fee (e.g., INR 21,999 for the initial deployment and integration) is non-refundable once the service has been deployed and your account is activated.

  • This fee covers the full deployment, customization, and integration of the service as specified during the purchase.

2.2 Exceptions

  • In cases of demonstrable error in billing or failure to deliver the agreed-upon services as per our service-level commitment, please contact our support team. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our sole discretion.

3. Annual Subscription Renewals

3.1 Cancellation Prior to Renewal

  • Annual subscription fees (e.g., INR 3,999 per year) will be charged on a recurring basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid further charges.

  • Cancellations must be submitted through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

3.2 Refunds for Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the renewal period has commenced.

  • If you cancel your subscription after renewal, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the subscription period.
